Hampton Inn Baltimore/White Marsh

Good hotel with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly staff always eager to help. My first stay was nice as the staff provided me with great local information. I'll be back for Christmas!

The room with sofa bed.

The room was well stocked with sofa bed, we stayed in all day.

small room, bed and pillows uncomfortable, no phone book in room, maid left previous nights dinner take-out containers on desk, no hotel restaurant.

The staff - efficient and extremely friendly.

The front desk took off the room charge for the first night voluntarily (expected). The bellman was exceptionally courteous with great people skills.

The twin double beds were like something out of the 1950's; the mattress squeaked (e.g. coil springs), had a high spot in the middle and gave my wife & I a backache from laying on them. She didn't sleep at all from the lousy bed to the roar of I-95 all night. The front desk said that they had just replaced all bedding. Not in this room, they were taken if they paid for it. The bathroom plumbing was stopped up which was mortifying, including a tub that drained very slowly. I didn't know the Hyatt sold rooms like this one. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast

There were stains on the rug and the comforter though clean was very heavy and suffocating.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The bed was soft and luxurious, the service was top notch, and the hot breakfast was the perfect start to our day.

It was just a balanced option for a flash visit in White Marsh with a reasonable price. They had a good breakfast spread with oatmeal, fresh fruit, and eggs. Bring your own pillows for better comfort.

Staff were very responsive to any requests and FRIENDLY!

the elevators broke while we were on it and they only have one set of elevators. I have rheumatoid arthritis and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

The hampton inn was a great find! The complimentary breakfast had real food like waffles and turkey sausage, a nice touch. The staff were friendly and professional. I also loved the heated outdoor pool and the fitness center, great amenities.

Comfortable hotel with a great service and best stuff. Beautifully maintained room and delicious breakfast. Amazing, excellant location just off a major shopping center that had a large number of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater, and good restaurants. Also, in Baltimore area near 95.
